Child Care Back Office (CCBO) is seeking a detail-oriented, empathetic, and organized Program Coordinator: Early Educator Wage Initiative to join our team. To find the right fit for our team, we are open to structuring this role as either a full-time position or a part-time position, with hours ranging from 25 to 36 hours per week depending on candidate preference and availability.
This vital role is designed to lead the day-to-day coordination and execution of the Early Educator Wage Initiative, a critical program dedicated to stabilizing, elevating, and increasing compensation for the early childhood education workforce.
Working under the supervision of the Programs and Finance Manager, the Program Coordinator acts as the central link between CCBO and our external partners (child care providers and educators). You will ensure that wage-related data is collected accurately, verified against program requirements, and meticulously tracked to guarantee timely, compliant, and equitable funding disbursements.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
