214 Consulting is expanding and looking for driven individuals to join our sales team. We specialize in helping nationally recognized brands connect with customers through face-to-face marketing and sales campaigns.
This is an entry-level position designed for individuals who want to develop professional skills, earn based on performance, and grow into leadership opportunities.
No prior experience is necessary. We provide paid training, one-on-one coaching, and ongoing development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage directly with customers and build rapport
- Present products and services in a professional manner
- Help customers identify solutions that fit their needs
- Learn effective communication and sales strategies
- Contribute to customer acquisition and brand growth
- Participate in daily coaching and development sessions
- Work within a collaborative and goal-driven team environment

COMPENSATION
$700–$3,000+ Weekly
Compensation includes base pay, commissions, and performance-based bonuses.
