UPMC Williamsport is seeking a Full-Time Grill / Cold Cook to join our Food & Nutrition Services team. In this role, you'll prepare fresh, high-quality meals for patients, visitors, and staff while helping ensure an exceptional dining experience.

Full-time: 72 hours per pay period

Shifts scheduled between 5:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

Every other weekend and every other holiday required

Prepare and serve grilled and cold food items according to recipes and quality standards.

Ensure food is prepared safely, attractively, and on time.

Monitor food quantities during service to meet customer demand.

Follow food safety, sanitation, and temperature-control guidelines.

Properly cool, store, label, and document food items.

Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready work area.

Prepare ingredients and food items for upcoming shifts.

Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and effectively.

Provide friendly, helpful service to customers and colleagues.
