Since 1988, CSC Consulting Group (CSC) has empowered students through innovative educational services and technology solutions. Our Educational Services Division is growing and seeking passionate educators to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year.
We are currently hiring Title I Intervention Staff to support elementary students performing below grade level in reading and/or math. Our services are delivered during the school day at private school sites across Chicago, with immediate vacancies in the O’Hare area, Belmont-Cragin, Garfield Ridge, Little Village, and Pilsen neighborhoods.
We are looking for committed, flexible professionals who can provide high-quality, small-group instruction and are excited to work in diverse school communities.
Preferred Languages:
We serve multicultural student populations, and fluency in Arabic, Serbian, or Spanish is a strong asset, though not required.
Ideal Candidates Have Experience With:
- Delivering academic interventions to students below grade level in reading and/or math
- Supporting diverse, multilingual learners
- Differentiating instruction in small-group settings
- Using data to adjust instruction and support measurable student growth
- Collaborating with school staff, teachers, and administrators
Pre-Hire Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship provided)
- Must pass required background checks, health screenings, and drug testing
- Daily travel to assigned school(s) is required
- Smartphone capable of texting/emailing
Position Qualifications
Intervention Teacher
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with K–8 students
- Teaching credentials (PEL) preferred
Intervention Support Staff
- 3–5 years of classroom experience preferred
- Associate’s degree or Paraprofessional License a plus
Preferred Skills & Background
- Experience in urban private or parochial school settings
- Background in Literacy, Math, ESL, or Special Education
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage shared spaces and collaborate across roles
