Duties
- Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately install cabinets, fixtures, and related building materials.
- Measure dimensions precisely using tape measures and other tools to ensure proper fit and alignment of cabinetry components.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently during installation processes.
- Install cabinets, countertops, trim carpentry, doors, fixtures, and other building materials according to specifications.
- Conduct site inspections to verify measurements, ensure quality standards are met, and troubleshoot installation issues promptly.
- Collaborate with project managers, electricians, plumbers, and other trades to coordinate installation schedules and resolve technical challenges.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials; adhere to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cabinet installation or related construction fields such as carpentry, masonry, or remodeling.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and interpreting technical drawings for accurate installation.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation relevant to construction sites.
- Familiarity with construction management software such as Bluebeam is a plus.
- Ability to perform dimensional measurements accurately using tape measures and other measurement tools.
- Experience with building material installation including tile masonry, stucco, drywall finishing (plastering), caulking, flooring installation, roofing, glass installation, and fixture setup.
- Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems relevant to cabinetry projects is desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail; ability to adapt quickly on-site.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and reading construction plans effectively.

Pay: $24.12 - $29.04 per hour
