Quality Drive Away and Foremost Transport are seeking a motivated Driver Recruiting Manager to lead our nationwide CDL and Non-CDL driver recruiting efforts.
Responsibilities
- Recruit professional CDL and Non-CDL drivers nationwide.
- Develop recruiting strategies and advertising campaigns.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and industry events.
- Conduct phone screenings and coordinate the hiring process.
- Build and maintain driver recruiting pipelines.
- Track recruiting metrics and hiring goals.
- Partner with Operations to meet driver staffing needs.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting experience (transportation recruiting preferred).
- Experience recruiting CDL drivers or owner-operators is a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Experience with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office.
