About the Role
As a Lead Exterior Cleaning Technician, you'll be responsible for leading job sites while delivering high-quality exterior cleaning services. You'll represent Spit N' Shine ATX in the field, ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to our high standards.

Requirements
- Experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, or exterior cleaning preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
- Previous leadership or crew lead experience is a plus
- Comfortable working on ladders and around multi-story homes and commercial buildings
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Must own a reliable pickup truck capable of transporting ladders, equipment, and supplies to and from job sites.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physically capable of lifting equipment and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Positive attitude with attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Lead residential and commercial exterior cleaning projects
- Perform professional window cleaning
- Complete pressure washing for driveways, sidewalks, patios, buildings, and commercial surfaces
- Perform exterior house washing using proper soft washing techniques
- Set up, operate, and maintain cleaning equipment safely
- Inspect completed work to ensure every job meets company quality standards
- Communicate professionally with customers throughout each project
- Train and assist newer technicians as the company grows
- Maintain clean company vehicles, equipment, and job sites
- Represent Spit N' Shine ATX with professionalism and integrity
