Innovative Physical Therapy is seeking a Bilingual Physical Therapy Technician (Spanish/English) to join our growing outpatient team in Baltimore, MD.

What You'll Do
As a Physical Therapy Technician, you'll play a key role in supporting both our patients and clinicians by:
- Assisting Physical Therapists with patient care and exercise instruction
- Demonstrating therapeutic exercises under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Providing exceptional customer service to every patient and visitor
- Preparing treatment areas and maintaining a clean, organized clinic
- Applying hot and cold therapy as directed
- Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and assisting with front desk responsibilities
- Filing patient documentation and completing other administrative tasks
- Assisting with patient transportation when needed
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for helping people improve their health and quality of life
- Ability to multitask while maintaining exceptional customer service
- Team-oriented with a positive, energetic attitude
- Interest in physical therapy or a future healthcare career preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and remain active throughout the shift
- Must be at least 18 years old
