Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach, networking events, and telemarketing campaigns
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify insurance requirements and present appropriate policy options
- Negotiate terms and coverage details with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Manage sales administration tasks such as documentation, policy processing, and benefits administration
- Maintain strong customer service relationships by providing ongoing support and addressing client inquiries promptly
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations when handling sensitive client information
Requirements
- Valid Louisiana state license as an Insurance Property & Casualty Producer
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable coverage options
- Familiarity with sales administration processes
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to leverage various channels for outreach

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
