We are hiring Client Relations Representatives in the Riverview area to join our growing team. This is a direct, customer-focused role where you’ll help customers select wireless products and service plans that fit their needs and budgets. As a Client Relations Representative, you’ll interact directly with customers, answer questions, and walk them through product and service options in a clear, friendly way. You’ll track your progress, support team sales goals, and build valuable communication, sales, and leadership skills through hands-on training and ongoing mentorship. Our team provides the support you need to succeed as a Client Relations Representative from day one.
What You’ll Do as a Client Relations Representative:
- Meet with customers in person to understand their needs and recommend wireless solutions
- Present products and service plans clearly to support customer engagement and sales goals
- Participate in training sessions to develop skills in sales, communication, and customer interaction
- Share customer feedback with leadership and fellow Client Relations Representatives
- Work as part of a team to track progress, support goals, and maintain a positive work environment
What We’re Looking For in a Client Relations Representative:
- Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or sales is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills and an interest in customer engagement and sales
- Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face
- Goal-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn and grow within our company
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
