Responsibilities of a Host:

Greeting, seating, and escorting guests.

Accommodating special needs of guests.

Managing Wait List during busy times.

Providing menu recommendations and upselling products.

Taking orders and communicating with kitchen staff.

Delivering food and beverages in a timely manner.

Ensuring exceptional customer experience.

Maintaining the appearance of the restaurant.
Host Job Requirements:

Prior experience as a host is a plus.

Teamwork and communication skills are essential.

Ability to handle money transactions responsibly.

Must be able to multitask and work quickly.

Flexibility to work in shifts.
