Front Desk Agent (PM Shift)
Holiday Inn Express and Suites – West Ocean City, MD
Year Round | 4 Days Per Week (at minimum)
We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team! If you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and creating great guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
Schedule:
- Four days per week, primarily Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday.
- Evening shifts:
- 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs
- Answer phones and assist with reservations
- Respond to guest questions and resolve concerns promptly
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and nightly paperwork
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred
- Opera PMS experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
