Overview:
We are seeking a customer-oriented Cashier to join our team for our AM shift. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and experience in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming experience
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information on products or services
- Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Run the expo station or host on the weekends
-Cleaning tables when a host isn't present
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in POS systems, preferably Aloha POS
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in food service or retail is a plus
- Knowledge of guest relations and services
