Position Summary
As a Wire & Assembly Technician, you will be an essential part of our production team, bringing custom signage projects to life. This is a hands-on position that combines electrical wiring, assembly, problem-solving, and craftsmanship. Every project is unique, offering the opportunity to work on a variety of custom fluorescent and LED signs that will be displayed throughout Wisconsin and beyond.

Essential Responsibilities
- Wire and assemble custom fluorescent and LED signs.
- Assemble sign components according to production drawings and specifications.
- Prepare completed signs for shipment and installation.
- Safely load, unload, and move sign materials and finished products.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure accuracy, functionality, and craftsmanship.
- Collaborate with production team members to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with hand and power tools.
- Electrical wiring experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and production drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 80 pounds.
- Dependable work ethic and positive attitude.
Work Schedule
Monday – Thursday
6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Enjoy a four-day workweek and three-day weekends.
Compensation
$18.00 – $22.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
