We’re a fast-growing window cleaning company looking for dependable, driven people to join our crew. Since opening in 2020, we’ve grown every single year — and this season is shaping up to be our busiest yet. We’re hiring entry-level technicians and training them from the ground up.
In this role, you’ll be out in the field delivering great service to homeowners while learning our cleaning systems and processes. Your days might include cleaning windows and exterior surfaces, helping customers choose the right services, joining morning team huddles, getting hands-on training, and competing in fun production and performance challenges. As you get better, faster, and more reliable, there are real opportunities to move into mentoring and leadership roles.
We’re looking for people who show up on time, work hard, and take pride in what they do. You’ll need a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, but no experience is required — we provide all the training and equipment. A good attitude, solid communication, and being comfortable working outdoors go a long way here.
