As a Security Officer Active Patrol Duty in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and store personnel by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, common areas, exterior walkways, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and support security-related operations.

Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to deter unauthorized activity, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior within the location.

Support retail and mall operations by assisting with crowd management, directing foot traffic, and reporting maintenance, hazard, and/or customer service concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
