- Ability/willingness to learn/participate in food preparation inventory and ordering or other assigned work related duties
- Able to use a cash register
- Competent performance in/demonstrates ability to learn the following:
- Follow standardized recipes
- Adjust recipes for desired yield
- Use Food Buying Guide
- Complete paperwork with meal counts and food items used
