We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Restaurant Managing Partner to lead our hospitality team with passion and precision. Duties
- Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management to ensure smooth daily functions.
- Oversee inventory control, food safety protocols, and proper food handling procedures to maintain compliance with health regulations.
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting.
- Supervise kitchen and front-of-house teams through effective training, staff development, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff efficiently to meet customer demand during peak hours while controlling labor costs.
- Conduct regular food quality checks, monitor food production processes, and ensure adherence to culinary standards.
- Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings.
- Implement customer service standards that promote hospitality excellence and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Facilitate staff interviews, onboarding, ongoing training sessions, and team leadership initiatives to build a motivated workforce.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations through rigorous food safety management practices and documentation.
Skills
- Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant management or casual dining environments with a focus on team leadership.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management within a hospitality setting.
- Expertise in managing POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales transactions and reporting.
- Skilled in inventory control, food safety management, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise staff effectively through training & development programs; experience in interviewing and onboarding preferred.
- Knowledge of catering operations, banquet services, bar experience including barista or coffee expertise is a plus.
- Experience managing hospitality teams within hotel or catering environments is advantageous.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams, manage shift schedules, and oversee kitchen operations seamlessly.
- Familiarity with food industry standards including food handling regulations and culinary best practices.
