Overview
We are seeking a motivated Vehicle Reconditioning Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles to meet our high standards of quality and presentation. Your work will ensure that each vehicle is thoroughly cleaned, detailed, and restored to look and feel like new, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and dealership success.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including interior and exterior surfaces
- Conduct car washes, buffing, and polishing to enhance vehicle appearance
- Apply paint and fabric treatments and other cosmetic enhancements as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of the dealership’s service bays and work areas, adhering to janitorial standards
- Assist with light repairs or touch-ups to ensure vehicles meet quality standards
- Drive vehicles safely within the dealership premises for movement or testing purposes
- Complete documentation of work performed and communicate any vehicle issues to management
Qualifications
- Experience in car wash, detailing, buffing, or related automotive reconditioning tasks is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with team members and customers when necessary
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and cosmetic repair techniques is a plus
- Willingness to learn new skills such as window tinting or advanced detailing methods

Pay: $16.50 - $22.50 per hour
