Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and litigation support to attorneys
- Review and organize litigation documents
- Coordinate witnesses to support case development and testimony
- Draft and manage discovery responses, subpoenas, and medical record requests/authorizations
- Manage subpoenas and deposition scheduling
- Maintain case files and manage electronic documents
- Provide administrative support, including scanning, emailing, and organizing legal materials
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or a Paralegal Certificate (preferred); equivalent professional experience considered
- 1-5 years of experience in civil litigation and/or medical malpractice defense preferred
- Strong understanding of court procedures, legal terminology, e-filing, and civil litigation principles
- Strong administrative skills and high attention to detail
- Professional appearance and effective communication with clients and co-workers
- Demonstrate knowledge of civil procedure in state and federal courts, including local rules and filing deadlines
- Highly organized, independent self-starters who can thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-intensive environment
Pay: $55,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
