What You'll Be Doing
Build your referral network — Partner with medical offices, senior centers, social service agencies, and housing programs across the Staten Island, Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens, to generate new referrals and grow existing relationships.
Present and educate — Lead engaging presentations for healthcare professionals, seniors, and families about primary care, multispeciality, diagnostic services, and IV infusions.
Own the events — Set up and represent our agency at health fairs, community events, and networking meetings across NYC. You'll be the energy in the room.
Drive real results — Track outreach activity, follow up consistently, close referrals, and crush goals — knowing every win is a person getting the care they deserve.
Who We're Looking For
- Experience in healthcare marketing, home care, community outreach, or field sales
- Knowledge of Medicaid, MLTC, or community-based care programs
- Existing referral contacts anywhere in the five boroughs — big plus!
- A natural connector — people trust you, remember you, and call you back
- Organized, self-motivated, and thrives working independently in the field
- Strong follow-up and closing skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license — required.
Physical Requirements
- This is an active, on-the-go role — not a desk job! Candidates must be able to:
- Walk long distances throughout the day while conducting field outreach
- Lift and carry up to 20 lbs of marketing materials for events and presentations
- Set up and break down event displays, tables, banners, and promotional materials
- Bend, stoop, and reach when arranging event setups
- Stand for extended periods during health fairs and community events
- Navigate NYC streets, transit, and event venues across boroughs daily.

Staten Island | Brooklyn | Manhattan | Queens
This will be 3 month contract with progression converted to full time role.
Pay: $51,102.96 - $61,543.34 per year
