We are currently ONLY hiring for Closing shift (2pm-8:30pm)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages- such as teas and smoothies. We also serve rolled ice cream and waffles.
- Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation
- Assist with food preparation, such as making sandwiches or pastries, as needed
- Ensure that all orders are prepared to the customer's specifications
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
Skills:
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Knowledge of food service industry standards and practices
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
Please note that previous experience as a barista or in the food service industry is preferred but not required. We are willing to train candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
