In this role, you’ll work directly with affiliate clients, providing support, guidance, and strategic recommendations to help them maximize their marketing efforts and achieve better results.
What You’ll Be Doing
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
-Serve as the primary point of contact, providing exceptional client support.
-Help clients understand and maximize the performance of their affiliate marketing campaigns.
-Monitor client performance and identify opportunities for growth and increased revenue.
-Answer questions, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive outstanding service.
-Track client activity and performance using our CRM and reporting tools.
