Bell Brothers is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Plumbing Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This role is responsible for helping homeowners and businesses identify plumbing solutions that best fit their needs while delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.If you are driven, personable, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Meet with customers for scheduled plumbing sales appointments
- Assess customer plumbing systems and recommend appropriate solutions
- Present proposals for sewer replacements, water heaters, water filtration systems, remodel projects, and other plumbing services
- Build trust with customers through professional presentations and communication
- Take photos/videos of existing systems and upload documentation into ServiceTitan
- Present financing options and current promotions to customers
- Ensure all accepted proposals are properly signed and documented
- Coordinate scheduling with dispatch and operations teams
- Accurately order materials and communicate with purchasing
- Follow up weekly on unsold proposals and maintain detailed notes
- Conduct post-installation quality checks and request customer referrals
- Assist with permit and code compliance documentation
- Participate in networking opportunities and community relationship building
What You'll Bring
- Previous plumbing sales, in-home sales, or service industry experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to explain technical solutions in a customer-friendly manner
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using technology and CRM platforms such as ServiceTitan
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
- Self-motivated with strong follow-through skills
