Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch crane operators and support crew using Visual Dispatch software
- Communicate effectively with customers & sales personnel to acquire proper information to chart, quote, and schedule jobs
- Coordinate with other branches to maximize utilization of equipment & labor
- Coordinate with mechanics to ensure that repairs & maintenance are completed
- Line up rental related inspections, trucking permits, and street closure requirements
- Prepare field tickets for invoicing
- Communicate proper additional job equipment requirements to crew to be ready before departure.
- Assist in other activities and duties as assigned by supervisors

- Must be reliable and flexible
- Full-time position with mandatory overtime as needed, excellent benefits, 401K
- Requires being on-call after hours and on weekends
- Dispatch experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
