What Your Day looks like
- Opening the office for our medical team to start their day with clarity and organized task.
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism, warmth, and confidence.
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently
- Create an exceptional first impression for every patient
- Support providers and teammates to keep daily operations running smoothly
- Manage multiple priorities while remaining calm and organized
- Assist patients with questions and guide them to the correct team members for care
- Share your expertise on ways we can improve our patient experience

Bonus Points If You Have
- Medical office experience
- Concierge medicine, med spa, hospitality, or luxury customer service experience
- Scheduling and EMR experience
- Sales or Customer Service background
- Experience managing multiple calendars
