Experienced Commercial Roofing Mechanics & Foremen | Year-Round Work
$25–$40/hour (based on experience) · Full-time · Worcester, MA + 50-mile radius
Kidd-Luukko Roofing is hiring experienced commercial roofers. 22+ years in business, year-round work, and a crew that promotes from within. If you know your way around a commercial roof, we want to talk.
What you'll do:
Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems—EPDM, TPO, PVC and metal. Run inspections, catch problems before they become callbacks, and leave every roof watertight and built to last. Foreman-level candidates will run crews and manage jobs day-to-day.
What we're looking for:
- Hands-on commercial roofing experience (EPDM/TPO/metal)
- Solid grasp of roofing tools, techniques, and jobsite safety
- Someone who shows up, works hard, and can run with a task without being babysat
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
