WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Run daily delivery operations at our Birmingham station — from driver dispatch to route completion
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of delivery associates with a people-first, high-accountability approach
- Own staffing and scheduling to ensure 100%+ route reliability every single day
- Drive performance by monitoring KPIs, identifying gaps, and taking decisive corrective action
- Manage fleet operations including maintenance schedules, compliance, and on-road performance
- Oversee station-level budgets and implement cost control measures that protect the bottom line
- Champion a safety-first culture in full compliance with Amazon, DOT, and OSHA standards
- Build and sustain a team culture rooted in ownership, performance, and mutual respect
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Demonstrated management experience — this is a requirement, not a preference
- Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills with zero tolerance for operational gaps
- Clear, confident communicator at every level of the business
- Experience managing budgets, controlling costs, and delivering results
- Calm under pressure with a bias for action and real-time problem solving
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and operational platforms
- Degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field — OR 5-10 years of equivalent hands-on leadership experience
- Background in logistics, last-mile delivery, or field operations is a strong plus

Pay: $45,000.00 - $58,240.00 per year
