Are you passionate about movement, wellness, and creating an inclusive space where people can feel their best? The Wellness Den at Heal LA is looking for an energetic, reliable, and community-focused Yoga and/or Mat Pilates Instructor to join our growing team. Driven by the desire to live well, we offer holistic options for maintaining and achieving better health and overall well-being.
Our healing studio is an integrative and collaborative space focused on wellness, empowerment, and joyful living. We offer a variety of treatments, and host specialty practitioners and workshops thoughtfully selected to help you continue on your healing journey.
Position Details
- Position: Yoga and/or Mat Pilates Instructor
- Pay: $22/hour
- Employment Type: Part-Time, Hourly (W2)
- Location: The Wellness Den at HEAL LA, 3201 N Sepulveda Unit E
Required Availability
We’re looking for instructors who can consistently teach the following classes:
Thursday: 7:30 AM
Friday: 9:00AM
Saturday: 8:30 AM
Potentially Sunday: 10:00 AM
Applicants should also be available to pick up substitute classes when possible and be flexible in supporting studio scheduling needs.
What You’ll Do
As an instructor at The Wellness Den, you’ll help create a welcoming and supportive environment for every client while maintaining the high standards of our studio.
Teaching & Client Experience
- Lead safe, engaging, and inclusive Yoga and/or Mat Pilates classes
- Arrive on time and fully prepared for every session
- Create a positive and welcoming community atmosphere
- Teach within the scope of your certifications and training
- Maintain current certifications, licenses, and insurance (if applicable)
- Communicate professionally with clients and staff
Studio Responsibilities
- Return props and equipment to designated locations
- Clean and sanitize surfaces and props as needed
- Sweep or Mop studio floors when necessary
- Empty trash and replace bags
- Turn off lights, salt lamps, noise machines, and other equipment after class
- Ensure heating and air conditioning are returned to studio settings
- Lock and secure the studio when responsible for closing
- Report any maintenance, safety, or cleanliness concerns promptly

Qualifications
- Yoga and/or Mat Pilates certification from a recognized program
- CPR/AED certification preferred
- Weekend availability is required
