- Bachelor’s degree required
- Seeking entry level recruiting experience (1-2 years)

Overview:
This position will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager while partnering with members of management within the organization.

- Preparing and posting job advertisements online
- Following up with candidates during recruitment process
- Work closely with hiring managers regarding open positions
- Assist with resume review with select positions
- Perform background and reference checks on candidates
- Assist candidates with the onboarding process
