Join Our Team: Case Manager – Personal Injury Department $18.50/hour and up, based on experience
The Accident Guys is expanding, and we’re currently hiring multiple Case Managers to join our growing Personal Injury team. Whether you’re experienced in personal injury or looking to break into the legal field, this is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, client-centered team.
While personal injury experience is preferred, it’s not required—we offer comprehensive training to ensure every team member is equipped to provide top-level service to our clients. We’re looking for individuals who are dependable, professional, highly organized, and genuinely want to help people.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and grammar skills
- A positive, proactive attitude
- Desire to help individuals injured in accidents
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to manage a high volume of cases
What You’ll Do
- Communicate regularly with clients and medical providers
- Schedule treatment appointments and coordinate vehicle repairs
- Manage over 100 active cases with efficiency and accuracy
- Deliver an exceptional client experience through each step of their case journey
- (Note: Our Case Managers do not prepare demands or collect medical records for demand preparation.)

Qualifications
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and communicating with empathy and professionalism
- Able to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
- Fast and accurate typing skills (50+ WPM)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred
- Looking for a long-term position with room for growth
- Must be able to work in-office and on Apple devices (we are a paperless, Mac-based firm)
