Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care and demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to patients, particularly in trauma and memory care settings. Your expertise will contribute to the overall well-being of our patients and support their recovery journey.
Duties
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate medical records using PCC and ensure compliance with medical terminology standards.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary, including managing dialysis for patients when required.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment options, and post-discharge care.
Experience
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Previous experience in a nursing home or memory care is preferred.
- Familiarity with PCC or similar electronic health record systems is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical procedures.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism under pressure.

Pay: $42.00 - $50.00 per hour
