- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on store equipment, including refrigeration systems, HVAC units, and food service equipment

Diagnose mechanical issues and implement timely, effective solutions

Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset life

Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components as needed

Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and emergency repair requests

Install, replace, and test mechanical components and systems

Ensure compliance with safety standards, health regulations, and company policies

Maintain accurate service logs, maintenance records, and parts inventory

Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when specialized repairs are required

Support general facility maintenance tasks as needed

High school diploma/GED required
-
3+ years of mechanical, maintenance, or related experience preferred (commercial or retail experience a plus)

Capable of lifting and carrying a minimum of 50 pounds without assistance

Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and diagnostic techniques

Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
-
3+ years experience in the electrical trade

Able to work well on a team

Excellent hand-eye coordination
