Pay Rate: $50 - $60 per hour | Long-term W2 or 1099
Locations: Plano, TX | San Diego, CA | or San Francisco, CA
Please Note: ONSITE INTERVIEWS ARE REQUIRED
This is a long-term opportunity with a hybrid onsite schedule, 3 days per week.
Required Skills:
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Zscaler, CyberArk, Netskope, and CrowdStrike.
- Endpoint Privileged Management - Experience with endpoint protection & endpoint policy creation – managing endpoints & understand how to create policies & manage them.
- Strong background in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) across endpoint, network, and cloud
- Working knowledge of Python for scripting, automation, or integrations
- Experience supporting and securing enterprise environment
This is a long-term opportunity for a well-known company that provide a global financial technology platform. They are currently gathering requirements to transition from Netskope to Zscaler; therefore, are in need of someone with Zscaler expertise in place.
- Responsible for developing effective computing solutions to increase the security of their company's systems and projects.
- In charge of creating new ways to solve existing production security issues and must possess an advanced understanding of intrusion detection and prevention protocols.
- One of their main responsibilities is to handle technical problems dealing with applications and production equipment.
- Exceptional incident-response skills and a high understanding of computer forensics.
- Assess current workflows to determine possible future issues.
- Work with other engineers and professionals to deploy new strategies to contain and mitigate production problems.
- Must have strong communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a team setting.
- Strong knowledge of common computer languages and operating systems.
- Work on keeping logs and performing regular security checks to find new vulnerabilities. They develop automation scripts to handle and track incidents.
- Configure and set up firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
- Respond to network intrusions and be familiar with performing a forensic investigation.
- Test new or upgraded hardware and software and implement new technologies.
- Create test plans which will allow for a proper evaluation of security issues for new hardware and software.
- Identify security solutions and implement a multi-layered defense to protect the networks.
