A growing precision manufacturing company is seeking multiple Assembly Technicians to join the production team. This position is ideal for candidates with manufacturing or assembly experience who enjoy hands-on work, using tools, and building high-quality products.

Position Overview
The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling precision products according to engineering drawings and work instructions while maintaining high quality and safety standards. This role requires the use of hand tools, power tools, hydraulic and bench presses, and precision measuring equipment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble products according to blueprints, work instructions, and engineering specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools, hydraulic presses, and bench presses to complete assemblies
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Utilize measuring and inspection tools to verify part accuracy
- Read and interpret prints and process instructions
- Complete production documentation accurately
- Report defective parts or scrap to the supervisor
- Maintain equipment in good operating condition
- Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures
- Maintain dependable attendance
- Perform additional production duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and engineering drawings
- Experience using measuring and inspection tools is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic computer skills are a plus
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk throughout the entire shift
- Lift up to 50 pounds independently
- Lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Perform repetitive motions throughout the workday
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, hydraulic equipment, and bench presses
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
