3K Hauling is a growing transportation and freight services company seeking a reliable and hardworking Loader to support daily logistics and cargo handling operations. This role is essential to maintaining the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of freight, materials, and equipment. We are looking for an individual who is physically capable, safety-conscious, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and equipment from trucks, trailers, and storage areas
- Arrange, organize, and stack cargo to maximize efficiency and maintain workplace safety
- Secure shipments properly to help prevent damage during transportation
- Verify incoming and outgoing freight for accuracy and report any shortages or visible issues
- Assist drivers and warehouse staff with general loading, unloading, and material handling tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
- Follow company policies, operational procedures, and workplace safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- Ability to safely lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50–75 lbs
- Strong work ethic with excellent reliability and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
- Dependable, punctual, and capable of working well within a team setting
- Previous warehouse, loading, logistics, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required
