RN Supervisor
Shift: Full Time 3p-11p
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team of healthcare professionals at Kensington Gardens Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, a leading provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation services in Clearwater, Florida. Responsibilities:
- Supervise clinical care planning and delivery to ensure coordinated, quality resident care, including review and updates of care plans
- Assess residents upon admission and periodically as their condition changes
- Conduct regular rounds to evaluate resident status and identify needs
- Provide or assist with direct resident care when necessary, including activities of daily living, meal support, medication and treatment administration, and participation in leisure activities as appropriate
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
- Current RN license in the state of Florida
- Peripheral IV certification
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong understanding of nursing practices, medical procedures, and regulatory requirements related to nursing care centers
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages helpful
