KindSpire Education is hiring an RBT/Behavior Technician (BT) for a school-based position in the Kingston, NH area for the 2026–2027 school year.
This is a great opportunity for an RBT or experienced BT who enjoys working with students and wants to make a meaningful impact in a school setting.
Position Details
- Location: Kingston, NH area
- Pay: $29–$32 per hour
- Position: RBT / Behavior Technician (BT)
- Setting: School-based, in-person
- School Year: 2026–2027
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, school hours
- Interviews: Virtual interviews available
Responsibilities
- Provide behavioral and educational support to students in a school setting
- Implement behavior intervention strategies and plans as directed by the supervising BCBA and school team
- Support students with social, communication, behavioral, and academic goals
- Collect and document behavioral data
- Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive classroom environment
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, related service providers, and BCBA
- Provide consistent, positive reinforcement and redirection
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification preferred
- BT candidates may be considered
- Previous experience working with children, students with disabilities, autism, or behavioral needs preferred
- School-based experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow behavior plans and work effectively as part of a school team
