Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in need of care, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
Duties
- Provide patient care in various settings such as nursing homes, hospice care, memory care units, and home community care.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Monitor and report changes in patients' health status.
- Offer direct support to individuals with their physical and emotional needs.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience in patient care or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of caregiving practices and techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with diverse groups of people.
- Empathy, patience, and a compassionate nature.
