In this role, you'll master the ability to provide support for the F&B team, to ultimately execute the perfect experience for our guests dining experience with us.

From the heart of Chef Johnny Curiel of One Michelin Star Alma Fonda Fina, Alteno pays homage to his Jaliscan Highland roots and traditions, incorporating a mix of heritage flavors and rustic preparations that spotlight the cuisine and culture of Los Altos de Jalisco.
A Restaurant Server works effectively as part of the service team of the Restaurant/Bar. The Restaurant Server is primarily responsible, but not limited to, fulfilling all guest’s service needs according to 1 Hotel standards.
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications; properly store flammable materials.
Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, employees are required to work varying schedules, including holidays, to accommodate the business and demands of the hotel
