Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation strategies.
- Manage existing member accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective members, highlighting benefits and features tailored to their needs.
- Develop territory management plans to maximize outreach efforts within assigned regions or sectors.
- Utilize CRM software and sales management systems proficiently to track interactions, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data.
- Negotiate membership agreements and close deals efficiently while maintaining high customer service standards.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns aimed at increasing visibility and attracting new members in a remote or in-person sales environment.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a focus on business development.
- Strong account management skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
- Expertise in territory management, lead generation, and prospecting techniques such as cold calling.
- Proficiency with CRM software (such as Salesforce) and sales management systems to streamline workflows.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Ability to perform product demos, upsell services or memberships, and analyze sales metrics for continuous improvement.
- Effective communication skills suited for inside or remote sales environments; customer service orientation is essential.

Pay: $2,927.00 - $3,487.00 per month
