Royal Specialty Cleaning Solutions LLC is looking for reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our team. We provide commercial cleaning services for schools, daycares, commercial buildings, floor care, steam cleaning, and related cleaning services.
This role is responsible for helping maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments for clients, staff, students, families, and visitors. OSHA 10 General Industry certification is preferred but not required. If selected, Royal may arrange and pay for required training before assignment to certain client locations.
Employment is subject to completion of lawful hiring requirements, identity verification, training requirements, and any client-specific clearance requirements. Background checks are conducted only as permitted by applicable law and after the appropriate stage of the hiring process.
Responsibilities
Perform daily cleaning duties in assigned areas, including offices, classrooms, restrooms, hallways, common areas, and other facility spaces.
Remove trash and recycling, replace liners, and keep assigned areas clean and organized.
Sweep, dust mop, vacuum, damp mop, clean surfaces, and complete high-touch cleaning.
Clean and disinfect commonly used surfaces such as door handles, light switches, desks, tables, counters, handrails, and restroom fixtures.
Restock restroom and facility supplies as needed.
Safely use cleaning products, disinfectants, and janitorial equipment.
Assist with floor care, carpet cleaning, steam cleaning, and detailed cleaning tasks when required.
Follow cleaning checklists, company procedures, site rules, and safety standards.
Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, damages, or supply needs to a supervisor.
Maintain a professional and respectful attitude while working around clients, staff, students, families, visitors, and team members.
Requirements
Previous cleaning, custodial, janitorial, or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
OSHA 10 General Industry certification is preferred but not required.
Must be reliable, punctual, professional, and detail-oriented.
Ability to follow instructions, cleaning checklists, and site-specific procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, and pull cleaning supplies or equipment as needed.
Willingness to complete required training and meet applicable hiring and client-specific requirements.
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
