We are seeking an experienced Store Manager with a strong record of achievement and success. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who can motivate and meet the needs of employees and customers. The Store Manager will have demonstrated an ability to develop strategies that promote brand awareness and increase traffic. The successful candidate will work well with our staff and have excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to create an exceptional shopping experience for all customers.
Responsibilities:
- Follow company policies and procedures and ensure that your staff does the same.
- Greet customers and make them feel welcome in your store.
- Ensure that your store is clean, neat, and well-organized.
- Manage fairly and effectively in order to keep all employees motivated, productive, and happy.
- Develop close relationships with vendors in order to get the best prices possible for your store.
- Meet or exceed sales goals, ensuring a profitable store.
- Train new employees.
- Handle all personnel issues, including hiring, performance reviews and promotions.
- Work together with accounting to submit daily sales reports.
- Work together with purchasing to provide feedback on product acquisistion.
