- Onsite, Resident Manager needed Extended Stay Hotel. Experience in property management and/or hotel management is preferred.
- Compensation includes housing, utilities paid, FREE WiFi, FREE cable TV service, semi-monthly pay (twice a month) + the ability to earn quarterly bonus pay of $1,500/quarter.
- Skills required include: cash handling, basic bookkeeping, organisation, record keeping, conflict resolution, payment collection, teamwork, problem solving, basic property maintenance, cleaning/housekeeping, written & verbal communications, basic computer skills & data entry, inventory management and sales.
- Job responsibilities include: marketing & renting available units, collecting weekly rent, preventative maintenance, cleaning, communicating with tenants, communicating with management staff, meeting revenue and occupancy goals, being on call for emergencies, residing on property, resolving tenant issues/concerns, data entry, tracking inventory & maintaining par levels.
- Background check and drug screen required of candidates
