Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join an exciting and fast growing startup in the Consumer Packaged Goods space. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our production process. You will work closely with management and there is an avenue to grow into more responsibilities as we bring on more employees.
Responsibilities
- Assist and then run kitchen production tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area and general office area ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to proper food handling procedures.
- Lots of room for growth across the organization.
Skills
- Proficiency in knife skills for efficient food preparation.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety standards.
- Experience in a kitchen environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
