THIS IS A LEADERSHIP ROLE
Most organizations focus on growth by chasing talent.
We believe sustainable growth happens differently.
At WIN Network, growth starts from the inside out.
When agents feel seen, challenged, connected, supported, and inspired, they grow. When agents grow, culture strengthens. When culture strengthens, people naturally want to be part of it.
The Director of Agent Growth is responsible for creating that environment.
You are not simply building relationships.
You are building momentum.
You are responsible for empowering the right people to partner with Keller Williams.
You are responsible for helping create a culture so compelling that others are drawn to it.
THE MISSION
The mission of the Director of Agent Growth is to help every agent become the best version of themselves personally, professionally, and financially.
You serve as the connector, coach, advocate, and catalyst for growth within your office.
Your role is to ensure every agent knows:
- Where they are today
- Where they want to go
- What is standing in their way
- Who can help them get there
You create meaningful relationships, facilitate accountability, develop community, and connect agents to the people, systems, and opportunities that help them grow.
You don't provide all the answers.
You ask the questions that help agents discover them.
By helping agents build businesses and lives by design, you help create a culture that becomes a magnet for growth.
WHAT YOU WILL DOAgent Growth & Development
- Own the overall agent experience from onboarding through long-term career development.
- Conduct intentional one-on-one growth conversations focused on goals, challenges, opportunities, and accountability.
- Help agents create clarity around both personal and professional goals.
- Identify gaps between current reality and desired outcomes and connect agents with the resources needed to bridge them.
- Recognize early signs of disengagement and proactively reconnect agents to opportunity, community, and purpose.
- Create individualized growth pathways that help agents move from where they are to where they are capable of being.
Coaching Through Discovery
- Lead conversations that challenge limiting beliefs and expand possibilities.
- Help agents think bigger, see differently, and act intentionally.
- Coach through questions rather than directives.
- Encourage ownership, accountability, and self-discovery.
- Support agents in defining what success and freedom mean for them and their families.
- Help agents understand both the business metrics and personal decisions required to achieve those goals.
Community, Culture & Belonging
- Create an environment where agents feel connected, valued, and supported.
- Foster meaningful relationships between agents, leadership, and the broader WIN Network community.
- Celebrate personal and professional wins with authenticity and intention.
- Lead experiences that strengthen relationships, collaboration, and shared purpose.
- Create opportunities for agents to learn from one another through masterminds, panels, workshops, and community events.
- Ensure every agent feels they belong to something bigger than themselves.
Growth Through Attraction
- Build an office culture that people talk about.
- Create an agent experience worth sharing.
- Turn agent success stories into visible examples of what's possible.
- Strengthen engagement, retention, and advocacy across the office.
- Leverage relationships, community, and agent success to naturally attract like-minded professionals.
- Partner with leadership to identify growth opportunities and introduce talented agents to the WIN Network ecosystem when appropriate.
Growth happens through experience. Agents need to see Keller Williams and WIN Network for themselves, at office events, WIN Network trainings, regional gatherings, and National (KWRI). That firsthand experience is what builds belief: in our resources, our coaching, and the results we help agents achieve. And when agents believe it because they've lived it, they don't just stay, they refer. That's the environment we're building.
WIN Network Collaboration
- Partner closely with Operating Principals, Team Leaders, and leadership teams across all WIN Network locations.
- Implement and improve systems that elevate the agent experience.
- Document and share best practices that can be duplicated throughout the network.
- Participate in WIN Network initiatives that strengthen alignment, culture, and growth across all offices.
- Help create consistency without sacrificing local relationships and community.
WHO YOU ARE
You are a relationship builder who believes people perform at their highest level when they feel challenged, supported, and connected.
You are the right fit if:
- People naturally trust you.
- You ask great questions and genuinely listen.
- You notice who needs support before they ask for it.
- You lead with empathy but aren't afraid to hold people accountable.

- You care deeply about helping others succeed.
- You are energized by helping people become more than they believed possible.
Your background may include coaching, leadership, education, hospitality, ministry, sales, business development, or real estate.

THE OPPORTUNITY

It is about building significance.
You will help create the environment where agents discover what they are capable of, pursue lives by design, and build businesses that support their families and futures.
When that happens, growth becomes the natural byproduct.

You are the connector, the catalyst, and the builder of a culture people want to belong to.
