For this Full-Time Dental Hygienist role, pay is $45+/hour with monthly production bonus opportunities! Earnings depend on hours worked, assisted vs. single-column hygiene, and patient volume/case mix. Our Full-Time RDHs can make anywhere from $80k to $125k+ per year working just 4 days a week (Mon-Thurs)!
As a Dental Hygienist at Access Dental, Dentures & Implants, you will help patients achieve their best oral health in a supportive, fast-paced practice with one on-site GP dentist, dedicated assistants, and a strong front office. As a Dental Hygienist, you’ll focus on prevention, perio therapy, education, and documentation so patients leave informed, encouraged, and on track.
Dental Hygienist Qualifications:
- Active Missouri RDH license in good standing; current BLS/CPR.
- Strong perio foundation, digital radiography/charting skills, and patient-education strengths.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused; thrives in a productive, patient-centered setting.
