Duties
- Lead and supervise all aspects of kitchen operations, including food production and food presentation to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Oversee food handling, preparation, and cooking processes in accordance with safety standards and dietary requirements.
- Manage inventory control and stock levels to minimize waste while ensuring the availability of fresh ingredients for daily service.
- Coordinate catering events, banquets, and fine dining services by overseeing food service management and ensuring timely delivery. Manage kitchen staff, including shift management, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and efficient team.
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and conduct regular audits to uphold hygiene standards across all culinary activities.
- Oversee kitchen equipment maintenance, cleanliness, and safety protocols to create a safe working environment.
- Support restaurant management in implementing new culinary initiatives and enhancing overall guest satisfaction through innovative food concepts.

Qualifications
- Culinary degree, diploma, or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of progressive kitchen experience, including supervisory responsibilities.

- Experience in inventory management, ordering, and cost control.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
