We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tire and Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for vehicle maintenance. As a Tire and Lube Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service while performing essential oil changes and other vehicle maintenance tasks. Duties
- Perform oil changes and fluid checks on various types of vehicles.
- Conduct routine maintenance services, including tire repairs-replacement, rotations and air filter replacements.
- Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment to assess vehicle conditions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their vehicle needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Assist in sales of additional services or products related to vehicle maintenance.
- Stay updated on automotive service techniques and industry trends.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive service preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Previous experience in oil change services or tire service is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Basic understanding of automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A commitment to safety protocols and procedures within the workplace.
- Valid Driver's License
