Mindful Medicine & Wellness MD is a growing Direct Primary Care practice looking for an experienced, compassionate Registered Nurse to become an integral part of our small team.
This is not a typical RN position. I’m looking for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, thinking critically, and helping keep the day running smoothly so I can focus on providing exceptional patient care.
What You’ll Do
- Triage patient text messages and determine which concerns can be handled directly versus which require an appointment.
- Help manage and optimize the daily schedule to create a balanced patient flow.
- Coordinate appointments and communicate with patients.
- Perform in-office blood draws and other basic clinical tasks.
- Assist with prior authorizations, medication refill requests, and other clinical coordination.
- Prepare for upcoming patient visits and help keep the office running efficiently.
- Work closely with me throughout the day as my clinical partner.
Who You Are
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN).
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently and making thoughtful decisions.
- Organized, proactive, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Friendly, warm, and enjoys creating a personalized patient experience.
- Experience in primary care, family medicine, concierge medicine, or ambulatory care is preferred.
Schedule
My goal is for both of us to work approximately 6-hour days, with a highly flexible schedule built around patient needs and work-life balance. Overall, flexibility is something I value for both of us. Rather than fitting into a rigid schedule, we’ll work together to create one that works well for everyone.
